Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, the lease is attached to the owner portal. -
Do you sell real estate too?

How is rent collection handled?
Our rent collection is predominantly conducted online, leveraging an automated payment system that facilitates convenient auto payments. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
We hold all tenant security deposits in our security deposit trust account. This is to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission for the State of Texas. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We send Owner reports to your Owner Portal at the beginning of every month for the previous month. We are happy to customize reports for you as well. -
Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
No. You can choose whether you would like to make your property available to Section 8 candidates. Participating in the Section 8 program can have benefits, such as a consistent rental income and a broader pool of potential tenants. We are experts in Section 8 housing and can discuss the pro and cons of the program if you have any interest. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
