Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, security deposits are typically refundable, provided the tenant meets the lease terms, such as leaving the property in good condition and paying all rent owed. -
Do I Pay the First Month’s Rent and Last Month’s Rent with My Security Deposit?
No. The security deposit is a separate transaction from rent. To move in you’ll be required to pay your security deposit and first month's rent. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Depending upon your screening results we may require a cosigner. -
Do you accept Section 8?
Yes. But it depends on the property. Not all owners accept Section 8. -
How do I pay rent?
You will pay rent through your online tenant portal. -
How do I get a mailbox key?
In most cases, you take a copy of your lease and valid ID to your local US Post Office and then they will issue you a key. -
Who is responsible for yard maintenance?
Yard maintenance is the responsibility of the resident unless otherwise stated in your lease contract. Yard maintenance is defined within the lease. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
The lease agreement requires a 60-day written Notice To Vacate prior to your move-out. You can submit your intention to move out of the property in your Resident Portal
